Industrial Automatic French Baguette Production Line: Modular System from Mixer to Packaging

This industrial bread production line uses stress-free dough band technology to process high-hydration artisan dough, supporting a dough water content up to 85%. The line features a capacity range of 300 to 1000 kg/h of dough, handled gently by a specialized dough chunker and multi-roller satellite sheeting system. Engineered as a highly modular bread line, it allows food factories to adapt to different product requirements. With flexible configuration options—including 650mm or 850mm belt widths and 600mm or 800mm dough band widths—you can produce adjustable bread sizes. By changing or adding specialized forming units, such as longitudinal cutters, guillotine units, and automatic baguette elongating systems, the line produces authentic French baguettes, demi-baguettes, and rustic loaves.





For large-scale manufacturing requiring a complete turnkey baguette line solution, the system connects everything from the dough mixer to the packaging machine. Depending on your automation needs, the divided raw dough portions can move directly into the industrial proofer or tunnel oven, eliminating the need for baking pans (Panless Conveying System) to save on labor and tray maintenance. Alternatively, for traditional pan baking, an automatic panning machine can retract the dough units accurately onto trays according to your specific pan size. Controlled by a reliable PLC touch screen, the entire system ensures precise automated synchronization for high-capacity manufacturing.
